At Makaan Cafe, we take care to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.
For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
Estimated delivery times:

• Within major cities: 2–4 business days

• Outside major cities: 4–7 business days

 

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

• Free shipping may be offered for promotional campaigns or orders above a specific amount — details will be displayed on our website.

• Additional charges may apply for remote areas or international destinations.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the courier’s website or app.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

• Please first check your tracking details.

• If there are issues or no updates, contact us at support@makaancafe.com with your order number.
  We’ll reach out to the courier and provide an update as soon as possible.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it.
Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short description of the issue — we’ll resolve it promptly.

8. Ownership & Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
However, we’ll do our best to assist you if any delivery issues arise.
